I'm a well-rooted, financially stable guy who speaks French, has lived and learned in Geneva, Tokyo, Paris, Seoul, and enjoys balancing reasonable work hours and raising my 10-yr old daughter.I've been divorced for about 4 yrs and since mom moved to Phoenix for work, my daughter, the Briard and I have figured out pretty well how to be busy and happy.I'm a little on the introverted side and prefer an intimate concert or dinner with friends to a hoppin dance club for a night out. I can hold conversations and meet new people at a big party though. Of course I like doing kid-friendly things and don't mind taking my daughter to drag races and then cheer practice. I'm not much for sitting around during weekend days. I might braid hair, go to the dog park, change the Mini's brake fluid and cook a tilapia dinner before winding down with a glass of wine and some emails. I tend to be proactive and like to find out about things and ask questions rather than just see what happens. I guess I'm pretty big on researching things, sometimes just out of curiosity and sometimes with shopping in mind. I'm often spontaneous because I figure we can sort things out if they don't turn out to be like we imagined! Any time I'm learning something, then I'm happy. I don't think routines like running 4 times/week with the dog, cleaning house and packing my own pepperjack and ham sandwich lunch are boring.

I'm looking for a single mom who's well-rooted and more or less has her life under control. Extra points for speaking French and knowing the difference between a Mini Cooper and mini skirt. If you can also share a game of tennis or brisk ski run we'd for sure get along. I prefer straight hair and cute looks to gorgeous beauty with fancy curls, but I know those are superficial. You are smart and sometimes intellectually challenging mixed with an ability to poke fun at yourself once in a while, 'cause in the long run, none of us are going to make it out alive anyway :).
