I have had high highs and low lows in my life and understand that true happiness is found in being with the people you love and who love you in return, all the rest is frosting. Laughter is the balm to soothe all wounds, and a positive paradigm is a necessity for me. I learn from my mistakes, work hard at not repeating them, and realize that the now is all I can control.
